Does Mark Warner agree with Joe Biden?

The Democrats' Vice Presidential nominee announced his party energy policy: "No coal plants here in America."

I have the details here, but check out this quote:
We’re not supporting ‘clean coal.’ Guess what. China’s building two every week. Two dirty coal plants. And it’s polluting the United States. It’s causing people to die . . . No coal plants here in America. Build them, if they’re going to build them over there make ‘em clean because they’re killing you.

Remember, guns don't kill people; coal plants kill people.

So Mark, you're part of the "we," right? Biden is your candidate for VP, right?

Do you agree with him? Do you support "no coal plants here in America"?

Mark?

Electricity - production by source: fossil fuel: 71.4%
hydro: 5.6%
nuclear: 20.7%
other: 2.3% (2001)

Somebody please ask the two wing-nuts how will they power the United States, it's economy, it's citizens homes, business, infrastructure, etc without Coal which makes up the majority of electric production?

See that "Other" thats producing 2.3% of the electric we use? That is your wind and solar contributions. Sure lets increase that % but how will you keep an economy to pay for that increase if you do not add any more coal facilities? That dirty air coming from China? How come Biden's & Warner's party the "DEMOCRATIC" party wanted to exclude countries like China and India from their precious Kyoto treaty?
